Used specimen card
Dutch East Indies SPECIMEN stationery card genuinely used. Specimen cards were authorised for use as soldiers mail in 1875! From a worldwide perspective, genuinely used specimen cards are extremely rare!

Svarkort med tysk-engelsk blandingsfrankatur
REPLY-CARD with correct TWO-COUNTRY MIXED FRANKING. British ½d applied to German 5 pf. replycard in order to uprate the reply from the UPU printed matter rate to the UPU postcard rate. Such reply cards are the only possible correct occurence of two-country mixed frankings paying one rate post-UPU. A rarity!

Registered French military letter from the first world war. Registered free military letters are unusual.

Pre-UPU cover England to Uruguay
Pre-UPU cover Great Britain to Uruguay sent 22/Jan/1876. Since Uruguay was not yet member of UPU, postage within Uruguay ("10") had to be paid in cash by the receiver. Very rare cover with stamps and markings in perfect condition
